Well, that’s the end of 2020, and what a year it was! I’m glad to see the back of it, and hope 2021 is a better year for all.

The year finished for us with a wonderful walk along the shore of Loch Morar to Tarbet. It’s a lovely undulating walk with a good path all the way, and bikes can be ridden along it, with amazing views over the hills and the deep waters of Loch Morar, the deepest loch in Scotland with Nessie’s cousin, Morag rumoured to be living in it, although we didn’t catch sight of her! There are lots of little ruins of villages of the past along the way, and a good ruin of the church all the wee communities worshipped in.
